Bank executives dispute ‘loyalty tax’ accusations despite longstanding customers’ more expensive loans.

IMO: banks make their products very complex to confuse and lock customers into something more expensive.

I understand the competitive nature of business. But maybe some businesses like banking, power generators and critical infrastructure should be in government hands. Well a proper government, not like what Australia has at the moment. It should be about providing a service and not solely about making a profit.
